CALLING ALL COOKS AND BAKERS!
For our First Annual Holiday Baking Contest, we are excited and honored to have Mary Hostetter, baker extraordinaire and owner of the Blue Owl Restaurant & Bakery, as our Celebrity Judge. Mary will be judging all entries on December 16, 2009.
3 Categories will be judged:
1. Healthy – Your favorite holiday recipe made with a healthy twist.
2. Desserts – Spoil our tastebuds with your most sinful creation!
3. Non-Dessert – Your most prized recipe for entree, side dish, appetizer, etc.
***Enter any of the 3 categories (or all 3) and win $100 (or more.)***
Each person may enter 1 recipe per category. The First Place winner in each category will receive $100 in cash. Winning entries have a chance to be featured at The Blue Owl Restaurant & Bakery. All recipes will be compiled into a cookbook that will be given to each participant. Bring your prepared dish to our offi ce on December 16th by 4:00 p.m. Food will be sampled from 4-6 p.m. with judging starting at 4:30 p.m. Please call our office at 636-296-1222 and let us know by December 15th if you want to participate.
